وكشفت الحركة أن "مفاوضات المرحلة الثانية لم تبدأ حتى الآن والاتصالات مستمرة مع الوسطاء"، مشددة على أن "إعادة إعمار غزة يجب أن تتم بتوافق وطني ولن نسمح لأي قوة خارجية بالتدخل".
