ووفقا لخبير أسواق الطاقة فإن هذا السيناريو قابل للتحقق في حال حدوث عدة عوامل معا مثل انخفاض مخزونات النفط في الولايات المتحدة بوتيرة قوية بسبب الطقس البارد في الشتاء المقبل.
إضافة إلى ارتفاع حدة المواجهة في أوكرانيا، وزيادة حدة الصراع في منطقة الشرق الأوسط ما سيؤجج المخاوف من اضطراب إمدادات الذهب الأسود.
ومن العوامل الأخرى التي ستساهم في ارتفاع الأسعار، تحدث الخبير عن التزام جميع الدول المشاركة في اتفاق "أوبك+" بالتخفيضات المنصوصة في الاتفاق أو تعميق التخفيضات بنحو أكبر، إلى جانب استمرار تعليق الإنتاج والتصدير في ليبيا.
وتم تداول أسعار النفط من ماركة "برنت" في تعاملات اليوم عند مستوى 81.50 دولار للبرميل، وكانت عقود الخام قد ارتفعت أمس بأكثر من 3% بعد وقف إنتاج وتصدير النفط من ليبيا، العضو في منظمة "أوبك".
